Event: Clean Pelican hosts Love Our Waterways Cleanup with PILS and EELS

Tips:
Follow signs for "Clean Pelican Volunteer"
If a train is on the tracks, there is an entrance road that bypasses the train
Please bring: Water bottle, sunscreen, close-toed shoes, pants or leggings with socks
Schedule:
8:30 AM Arrival, welcome, instructions, and group photo
9:00 AM Litter Cleanup
10:00 AM Return with litter bags
10:30 AM Pickup and sendoff

Be prepared:
You will help us pick up trash along the levee as part of Louisiana's Love Our Waterways Month.
We will supply gloves, grabbers, and buckets.
Bring a water bottle (we will have refill stations).
For safety and comfort at the pickup site, all volunteers MUST wear pants, socks that fully cover the ankles, and closed toe shoes.
